Weight Loss

The weight loss program that I offer usually takes 5-6 sessions, some individuals will need more. With this weight loss program we work on changing your eating patterns. Being overweight is not about food. It is more about old habits and the feelings and emotions that trigger you to eat whenever you are not hungry. Food is just the distracter for feelings that you don't like and don't know what to do with.

With hypnosis I can help you identify those feelings and together we work at neutralizing or eliminating them. Once these feelings are resolved, then food is no longer attractive. You loose weight and start feeling good about yourself.
